Big idea: Ruth puts her faith into action and works humbly and diligently. Boaz hopes that the Lord will bless her, and then turns out to be the means of that blessing. God’s blessing: both the proclamation and demonstration of the gospel will usually be worked out through his people, who follow after the ultimate person of Christ.
